Midflat is a service of [RECHTSTRÄGER]. The platform shows furnished homes and connects commercial landlords and tenants. [RECHTSTRÄGER] is not a party to the rental contract.

Dispute resolution
The European Commission no longer provides a platform for online dispute resolution. [RECHTSTRÄGER] is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
This does not affect statutory rights of consumers, in particular tenants.
